“We met with John Moisa in order to arrange for care for my father. John was a pleasure to work with and talk to. My parents live in a remote area and Acti-Kare was still able to staff us when other companies were not able to or not willing to staff in that location. He came to the house and met with us to explain the services they offered and to help us decide on the necessary care for my father. He was respectful and listened to all our concerns and addressed them thoroughly. We did choose to hire Acti-Kare for 4 hours a day. However, my father had to go into the hospital so the services were not needed at that time. John contacted me several times and seemed to have genuine concern for my dad. After a couple weeks in the hospital we determined that we would need 8 hours a day when dad got out of the hospital. John was able to assure us that he would be able to staff that without any problem. Shortly after that the hospital staff told us that we would need 24 hour a day care when dad would be discharged and again, John was concerned for my father and was happy to help us arrange that care. Sadly, my dad passed away before he could return home. John was understanding and offered his condolences.
