    • Functional Movement – program for seniors at all levels designed to increase range of motion, strength, and flexibility with the ultimate goal of increasing energy levels, decreasing falls and improving mood.
    • Medication Monitoring – maintaining drug efficacy through proper dosage, timing and drug-food interactions.
